First let me say, shoppingflowers.com is not the way to go! There was a big problem with them but Tonya here at the Flower Spot Florist not only personally took care of the issue, and turned my mommas birthday flowers into a memorable success, she personally took care of an out of state order for me as well. I highly recommend her personally, go to her shop, be sure you get her shop direct number if you have to call, not a flower answering service. She will personally take care of you and she has BEAUTIFUL flowers. Thank you Tonya!!

I recently received a small arrangement from Flower Spot. It included only 2 roses both were already losing petals and the smaller filler stems were not even deep enough to reach the water. Of course I filled it with water and pushed them down but knowing how much a small arrangement costs I am disappointed that it died within 3 days, even the filler flowers! I haven't said anything to the person that sent them.

Husband Nathan ordered for Valentine’s Day, they were not delivered until the 18th but no mention or apology for the delay at delivery. Flowers moldy, petals falling off roses within 48 hrs. Only 4 large roses and 10 tiny tiny roses. No other flowers and greenery was dried out and crinkly. Not impressed for $116. Whew!

I received a floral arrangement from The Flower Spot last Thursday from a friend. When the delivery girl handed it to me, I looked at the spray roses and knew that they wouldn't open. The edges were brown and the stems felt limp, obviously not fresh. I filled the arrangement with water and put it on a table out of direct sunlight. The next morning the roses had wilted completely. By Sunday I was so upset that I emailed the shop with photos of the arrangement. On Monday morning I had not heard from them so I called. The woman who answered the phone told me that they did not check their emails until the evening ( really???) She then gave the phone to a gentleman who listened to my issue and promised to replace the arrangement. I wasn't home when the arrangement arrived, but received a text at 1:30 that it had been delivered. I arrived home at 1:45 to find the same type of arrangement ( chrysanthemums and spray roses with greens) The spray roses in this arrangement were not fresh, the edges were brown and the roses were blown open. Same day delivery list exceptional. It took two days for the arrangement to perk up to look acceptable. 5 days in after delivery and the roses in the arrangement have not begun to open yet. Would not choose this business for my next arrangement. UPDATE: I called the shop and spoke with a customer service Rep and explained to her my concerns. She apologized that we weren't satisfied and sent another arrangement which was just beautiful. Appreciate the outstanding customer service. Thank you.
